Since 2012, Experience+ has taken ideas from strategy to shipped work — design systems for Audi and Oracle Redwood, product work for Visa and Wells Fargo, brand and research engagements beyond the screen, and a portfolio of AI-first products designed and built in the studio, in the open.
The studio
- The principal — More than 30 years across brand, product, and design, including over 20 years leading teams. Research, design, and front-end build in one pair of hands. The studio opened in 2012.
- The network — Each engagement is staffed from a trusted network of specialists — research, motion, engineering — scaled precisely to what the work needs, and led by the principal throughout.
- The agents — Claude and a fleet of AI agents handle production: code, design variants, research synthesis, even video. The case studies on this site were designed and built this way.
